Chris Panagiotopoulos grew up in Montreal, Canada and was inspired by his mothers passion for Mediterranean cooking. Starting at the age of 15, he learned the Retail, Food Service and the Hospitality industry from the inside and out.  

He has managed/owned multiple restaurants in Montreal, California, and Maryland. After years of experience, he found his own niche in the food industry with Talias Cuzina. Not only does he understand the ancient platform of service, his food is a phenomenal mixture of his well cultured background. We promise you’ll eat everything!
